I still remember the first time I heard about "luxury garages", also known as "storage condos". My Dad was looking for somewhere to store a rare, vintage, 35 foot motorcoach. He needed a large indoor space comfortable enough to work on it during the hot summer in Arizona. He discovered luxury garages. Essentially they were storage units you could purchase and customize to your needs. What made these facilities even more attractive was the community of owners and onsite services like a wash bay and dump station. A surprise benefit was the community of owners with the same interests who would hangout at their units and talk about their toys.
The only problem was availability. Every unit was sold out across dozens of luxury garages in the Phoenix area. We realized Utah had no developments like this and saw an opportunity to bring the same benefits to Utah's motor-enthusiast community.
